REGISTRATION FEES
Each participant must pay the registration fee of $549 (U.S. Dollars) to publish his/her paper in the conference proceedings, to get a conference proceeding and to join the conference.

Students will get 10% discount from the general rates, if students submit their paper and register fees before December 5, 2008. Students need to provide a copy of their student identification cards and registration forms.
The registration fee must be received in ten days after the paper is accepted. At least one author per accepted paper is expected to register to attend the conference. Paying the registration fee entitles authors to publish the paper in the conference proceeding and to receive a copy of the publication. The final paper must be submitted prior to the deadline. When the paper is accepted, each author must pay the registration fee. Only money orders and personal checks are accepted. There is a $500 cancellation fee on cancellations received prior to publication deadline. There will be no refunds on cancellations received after the dead line.
